DELIVERY

 As many of our items are quite large we only offer a delivery service.

Delivery is free for the first 25 km each way (50 km total) from Funny Bunnies Soft Play Hire's home address in Bundaberg.

Delivery out of 25 km is calculated on a per km basis at 50 cents per km (each way) with a minimum fee of $10. An itemized delivery fee will be included on your invoice with your booking.

Travel time will be calculated when generating your quote using Google Maps. If multiple routes are available to your address, the quickest available route will be selected regardless of the distance (km's).

Delivery to the Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton will be a flat rate of $250. 

Only packages over $250 are available outside of Bundaberg. If we are in/around your area at the time your hoping to book for, we may be able to offer a smaller package. 

Your delivery and collection time will be set taking into account your party times, and other hire times for the day.

Hirers must allow for delivery up to 2 hours prior to hire commencement time, and collection up to 2 hours after hire finish times as detailed in the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

To ensure that the equipment that you hire from us is in excellent condition, we are VERY particular about the way our equipment is transported.

Except our smaller soft play items, the majority of our equipment is quite large and heavy.

Besides ensuring that the equipment is transported in a safe manner, the convenience of the service shouldn't be discounted. 

 As our equipment is bulky we need to take into consideration access to venue/premises that we deliver to.  We ask for complete transparency with regards to premises so we can assess suitability and ease of delivery. Funny Bunnies Soft Play Hire reserves the right to request further information about a venue/premises or require an inspection prior to delivery to ascertain suitable access. 

Premises that have more than 5 stairs and/or where the set-up area is more than 15m from the delivery vehicle will attract a high-risk fee. This fee is a minimum of $50 and depends on the amount of stairs and/ or metres and will be added to your invoice on booking. Funny Bunnies Soft Play Hire reserves the right to cancel a booking on site should you fail to bring to our attention any obstacles that may cause the movement of the equipment from our vehicle to the setup area to be deemed unsuitable and if such setup area is further than 25m from the delivery vehicle and should you have failed to bring to the attention of Funny Bunnies Soft Play Hire any stairs that may be present at the delivery address. All monies paid will be forfeited. Funny Bunnies Soft Play Hire shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising out of the enforced cancellation of your booking.
