Our Rules

In order to keep our play equipment in the cleanest and safest condition, we ask for all visitors to follow a few simple rules:

1. Socks on! All children and adults must wear socks in the play areas.
2. No shoes, food, drinks or sharp objects in the play zones. Adults must remove keys, phones, and any sharp objects from pockets before entering the play zones.
3. Supervision is essential. Parents and caregivers must actively supervise their children at all times.
4. Be respectful. Please be courteous of others - share, take turns, use equipment safely, and treat staff with respect.
5. Stay healthy. If your child is unwell, please visit another day so everyone can play safely.
6. Age zones matter. Our 0–2 years area is just for little ones — older children can enjoy the main play spaces.
